SecureNet – Strategic Exit
Where It Started SecureNet was a regional broadband provider in West Virginia and Virginia, serving underserved communities and preparing for acquisition and scale. What We Did Led a full-scale transformation using the FAST framework: expanded into new markets, pursued aggressive customer acquisition, secured $36MM in grants, implemented performance-based incentives, streamlined operations, and enhanced stakeholder transparency. Where It Stands Today SecureNet achieved a successful exit, with $1MM upfront investment, projected EBITDA growth to $5.6MM by 2029, and a market expansion targeting 26K+ new locations.
